This was our first time using Pegasus. They promptly scheduled service call and provided an appointment window for the next morning. The technician Adrian messaged when he was about half an hour from arriving. He diagnosed the issue quickly, provided a quote and had the necessary parts to service our LG front load washer. Adrian was friendly and professional, his work was fast and tidy and he provided some other tips on washer maintenance that were very helpful. He showed me the worn/damaged part that he replaced as well. I would highly recommend Pegasus and particularly Adrian! ~ Chris R

We have a Miele hood fan with 2 motors and one dies every 18-24 months. It sounded horrible. Miele stopped replacing them under warranty. Being frustrated by Miele service experiences we looked elsewhere and found pegasus appliance repair. They quickly responded to our inquiry, had a service person Adrian here within days. He was not only polite and courteous, but was able to take the unit apart and repair it saving us a lot of money. We were very happy with the service and outcome and will call again. ~ Laura v

Amazing service. My fridge stopped cooling. I called for service and Adrian came out the same day! He diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the part on the spot - this was Friday at noon and he had the part by Monday morning. He booked me for Monday right then and there and had it fixed in a short period of time. Adrian is a great guy - professional, polite and experienced. Our dryer needed repair due to loss of heat . Pegasus service man arrived promptly and explained what the problem could be; fuse, blocked vent duct , or a new heating element. He was very knowledgeable and showed me the problem. The required part was ordered and arrived a few days later as promised. I received good service at a good price. ~ Rick K
