I had a mystery leak with our 10 year old, oversize washing machine. By strange coincidence, our dishwasher drain plugged up right around the same time, but luckily, no flood. After calling Pegasus, we received prompt service. The dishwasher was checked out and quickly repaired. The faulty part on the washer was quickly identified, but had to be ordered. The part arrived and now the washer is now as good as new! I am so pleased with how quick, professional and effective the entire process was. In total, there were three visits (one was due to my mistake) and all contacts were very positive. We are so grateful to be dealing with them - they are #1! ~ Kelley E

This was our first time using Pegasus. They promptly scheduled service call and provided an appointment window for the next morning. The technician Adrian messaged when he was about half an hour from arriving. He diagnosed the issue quickly, provided a quote and had the necessary parts to service our LG front load washer. Adrian was friendly and professional, his work was fast and tidy and he provided some other tips on washer maintenance that were very helpful. He showed me the worn/damaged part that he replaced as well. I would highly recommend Pegasus and particularly Adrian! ~ Chris R

We have a Miele hood fan with 2 motors and one dies every 18-24 months. It sounded horrible. Miele stopped replacing them under warranty. Being frustrated by Miele service experiences we looked elsewhere and found pegasus appliance repair. They quickly responded to our inquiry, had a service person Adrian here within days. He was not only polite and courteous, but was able to take the unit apart and repair it saving us a lot of money. We were very happy with the service and outcome and will call again. ~ Laura v

When our washing machine broke, Pegasus replied to my inquiry quickly. They were also able to send a technician right away. Emil was no-nonsense and was able to pinpoint what parts needed to be replaced. He couldn't repair it that day because one of the parts needed to be ordered from BC, but when the part arrived, Emil returned right away to complete the repair. We're very happy with the service we received and the results, as our washing machine has been working perfectly ever since. ~ Breanne F

Had an issue with our dryer, reached out to Pegasus and they were able to come out that day. Michael showed up and was on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable about the problem. He ordered the parts and returned 3 days later and performed the repair. Price was as quoted and the repair done in a clan timely manner. Amazing service. My fridge stopped cooling. I called for service and Adrian came out the same day! He diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the part on the spot - this was Friday at noon and he had the part by Monday morning. He booked me for Monday right then and there and had it fixed in a short period of time. Adrian is a great guy - professional, polite and experienced. Our dryer needed repair due to loss of heat . Pegasus service man arrived promptly and explained what the problem could be; fuse, blocked vent duct , or a new heating element. Arrived on time, diagnosis was not a straightforward issue, tested the wiring, and the conductor attached to one wire was not working. The technician changed that tiny conductor piece, and dryer was heating up and working like a charm. ~ Cathy B
