We have a Miele hood fan with 2 motors and one dies every 18-24 months. It sounded horrible. Miele stopped replacing them under warranty. Being frustrated by Miele service experiences we looked elsewhere and found pegasus appliance repair. They quickly responded to our inquiry, had a service person Adrian here within days. He was not only polite and courteous, but was able to take the unit apart and repair it saving us a lot of money. We were very happy with the service and outcome and will call again. ~ Laura v
This was our first time using Pegasus. They promptly scheduled service call and provided an appointment window for the next morning. The technician Adrian messaged when he was about half an hour from arriving. He diagnosed the issue quickly, provided a quote and had the necessary parts to service our LG front load washer. Adrian was friendly and professional, his work was fast and tidy and he provided some other tips on washer maintenance that were very helpful. He showed me the worn/damaged part that he replaced as well. I would highly recommend Pegasus and particularly Adrian! ~ Chris R
Fantastic service from Pegasus Appliance Repair. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, communication throughout the repair process was also very prompt. Adrian was able to fix our dryer in a timely manner and was very transparent throughout the visits in what he was doing and the time it took him to complete the service.
